Account Deactivation & Data Retention
What happens when you deactivate
Your profile is disabled immediately and you lose access to the dashboard. Active subscriptions are canceled and you will not be charged again. However, certain records are retained in our secure archive as described below.
Deactivation is not a deletion request. Your data remains stored until you explicitly request to your account manager erasure.
What we retain
After deactivation, the following data is moved to a restricted archive and is no longer accessible from the dashboard.
| Data | Why we keep it |
|---|---|
| API usage history | Audit trail, dispute resolution, and SLA verification. Includes request timestamps, endpoints, response codes, and consumption metrics. |
| Stripe invoices and billing records | Fiscal and accounting compliance. Past invoices, payment confirmations, and subscription receipts are kept in accordance with applicable Italian and EU accounting regulations. |
No new data is collected after deactivation. Archived records are not used for commercial or marketing purposes.
Requesting deletion
You may request deletion of your archived data at any time by contacting your account manager. Requests are evaluated individually. Note that billing documents subject to mandatory fiscal retention periods under Italian and EU law may not be deleted upon request.
Contact
